FusedGlassWarehouse Terms and Policies
Pricing – Prices are subject to change without notice. Although we try to have all pricing input accurately, we will not honor published prices if they are in error.
Payment - Once an order is received, we will call the contact phone number for Visa or Master Card payment.
Glass – The photos of the glass on this website are as close as possible. Due to camera and monitor displays, the color may be slightly different once you receive them. If you preferred to have a catalog of the Bullseye Glass or Wasser Glass mailed to you for a more accurate color swatch, please contact us, and we will send you one. Glass is not returnable, please see our Return Policy.
Bullseye Glass is sold in three standard-sized, full sheet which is approx. 33”to 35'' x 20” +/_, half sheet approx. 17” x 20”+/- and approx. 10” x 10”=/-. All Wasser Glass 6” x 6”. Due to the handcrafted nature of these glasses, all dimensions are approximate.
Dichroic glass is sold only in the sizes denoted in the item description.
FusedGlassWarehouse Cancellation Policy
Special Orders – We are happy to help you acquire any item through a special order. Special orders may also be placed for regular stock items in greater quantities, larger glass sheets, or bulk products. Certain items we carry are also considered special orders, such as larger kilns and grinders, etc.
When you request a special order, we will notify you of the expected date of delivery or availability based on the information from the manufacturer. Once you confirm a special order, you are committed to the product and payment in full. Special ordered items, kilns, and tools cannot be canceled nor returned. In some cases, a nonrefundable deposit amounting to 50% of the order may be required before we can place a special order. We encourage you to get a deposit from your customer(s) as well.
Back Orders/Out-of-Stock Items – The website does not accept back orders, nor does it allow you to order out-of-stock items. In the instance where you order an item, and it is out of stock when packaging your order, we will make a note of it on your invoice, and the invoice will be corrected to adjust the final amount. Due to the increasing cost of shipping single items, we do not ship back orders or out-of-stock items when they are restocked, and you will need to re-order the items once they are back in stock.

FusedGlassWarehouse use of personal information that you may submit to FusedGlassWarehouse through this Website is governed by the FusedGlassWarehouse Privacy Policy.
Shipping & Delivery
At this time, FusedGlassWarehouse ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska and Hawaii. FusedGlassWarehouse does not ship merchandise to Canada or any other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Website passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Once your order is packed, FusedGlassWarehouse will be able to calculate the cost of shipping and box charges. We ship UPS ground within the continental U.S. unless otherwise requested. Orders typically ship within 72 business hrs. The shipping charge will be based on whether we are shipping to a business or residential address.
Standard UPS charges will apply, and any additional shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We do not charge a handling fee, and we do not mark up the shipping costs.

All orders must be $25.00 or more, not including shipping. Orders less than $25.00 will be subject to an additional $2.00 service charge.

You can minimize your actual cost by shipping to a commercial or business location and/or make the most of your shipping by filling up your box with one good order rather than multiple small orders, hence, reducing your overall charges.
Glass larger than 24" x 24" must be shipped by a common carrier (trucking company) unless the customer authorizes us to cut the glass to fit into a smaller box size. Roadway Express will be used for all common carrier shipments unless you specify another trucking company. If FusedGlassWarehouse is not a customer of the trucking company you requested, the additional cost is the responsibility of the customer. If other special instructions are provided, we will try to accommodate them.
Sales Tax
FusedGlassWarehouse charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Website based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

Return Policy
You may purchase merchandise from this Website by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). FusedGlassWarehouse reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
To return an item, you must contact FusedGlassWarehouse to obtain a return authorization within 10 days of receiving the item. Items can only be returned if incorrect merchandise is received, merchandise is damaged in shipping, or receipt of defective merchandise. Glass, frit, stringers, books, special orders, used equipment, jewelry, and discontinued items cannot be returned.
INCORRECT MERCHANDISE – CALL US
If an incorrect item has been received, an exchange will be made without additional shipping costs to the customer.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE -
Bullseye Glass large order, there is the possibility 1 to 3 pieces may break in shipping, no credit will be given.
We at FusedGlassWarehouse make every effort to ensure that all merchandise is in good condition when it leaves our warehouse. We are not responsible for subsequent damage during shipping. If you receive damaged goods due to shipping, you must receive the package, make a note of evidence of damage on your delivery receipt and file a claim with the carrier. Damaged merchandise claims must be made with the shipping company upon receipt of the merchandise. All damages must be claimed within 5 days of receipt.
If you receive a damaged UPS shipment, you must retain all packaging and file your claim with UPS. If your shipment is via freight carrier, do not alter the box or contents until the freight carrier has inspected them.
If you refuse any shipment from tms Studios, you will be liable for the purchase price, subsequent freight charges as well as any additional charges that may incur.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE –
If you receive a defective item, call tms Studios/FusedGlassWarehouse, as we honor all manufacturers' warranties. Your representative will tell you whether to return the item to us or to the manufacturer. Some manufacturers require items to be returned directly to them. Upon verification, you will receive a replacement, a repaired product, or a credit.
Defective materials will only be honored if backed by a manufacturer's warranty and sold by tms Studios. tms Studios' sole obligation is limited to the repair or replacement of the merchandise as provided herein. There shall be no express or implied warranty of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purchase. In no event shall tms Studios be liable for consequential or incidental damages. No replacement after 30 days. No claims for labor or damage will be allowed.
MISSING ITEMS -
If you are missing an item in your package, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving the package.
USED equipment cannot be returned. All used equipment is sold as is, with no warranty expressed or implied.
Glass cannot be returned. All photographs of glass listed on this site are as accurate as possible, although slight variations are possible due to camera and screen settings. Actually, brochures from both Bullseye Glass and Wasser are available and can be shipped to you for more accurate color. Also, these manufacturers hand-make their products. Therefore, there may be color variations between product runs. Some colors may change upon repeated firings or with extensive heat work. Artists should test sample the glass using the same firing cycles and processes that will be used for the final piece.
Frit cannot be returned due to contamination. We will not take frit back unless the incorrect frit was shipped due to our error.
If a customer wants to return a new item that has not been used, they will receive STORE CREDIT (excluding glass, books, used equipment, jewelry, special orders, and discontinued items). The item must be returned in the same condition as when it was shipped, with all packaging, for credit to be issued. Note: items in sealed packaging or with seals on the lids cannot be opened, or credit will not be issued. Also, the customer is responsible for the return freight charge. Items not returned in within 20 days of the return authorization, have missing parts or manuals, or are not in sellable condition will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
